We’re excited to introduce a new feature for operators that streamlines the payment process and enhances user experience

How It Works

1: Add Your Bank Account Details
As an operator, the first step to leveraging this feature is to add your bank account details to your Advensure profile. This includes your account number, bank name, account type, IFSC code and SWIFT code. Once this information is securely stored, it will be displayed to users during the booking process.

2: Display Bank Account Information
When a customer books a service, your bank account details will be shown clearly, making it easy for them to make a bank transfer. This transparency helps build trust and assures users that their payments are going directly to your account.
3: Bookings Made via Bank Transfer
When a booking is made through a bank transfer, it will automatically be marked as “pending approval” in the Advensure system. This status indicates that the payment has not yet been confirmed, ensuring both you and your customers are aware that verification is needed before the booking is finalized.


Manual Verification Process

After a direct bank transfer is made, you should monitor your connected account to confirm the receipt of funds. Here’s a quick overview of the verification steps:
    1.    Check Your Bank Account: Log in to the bank account you added on the Advensure payment settings page to ensure the funds have been deposited.
    2.    Confirm Payment in Advensure: Once you see the funds, go to your Advensure dashboard and approve the booking.
    3.    Complete the Transaction: After verification, update the booking status to confirmed, allowing users to enjoy their experience!
